2D Platformer Tutorial Submission

Tutorial Submission for the 2D Platformer!

Proposed Modifications:

1. Add multiple additional levels to the game, incrementing in challenge as they go.

2. Create a  complete interesting, comprehensive, and coherent level - The final level will be a long level combining all of what the player has learned.

3. Reskin the graphics of the player to create a new character for the player.
